More About Us
We founded Fenek in 2014 as a small design studio and porcelain workshop.
We wanted to create a place where we could experiment and implement our own projects.
Currently we employ more people. We produce single dishes as well as series.
Production

Each of our products is hand made in our studio in the Powiśle district of Warsaw.
Materials
​
We create all of our products from potter’s clay made in Poland or from stoneware clay
that we prepare according to our own recipe.
Our tableware is cast in molds and decorated with mineral dyes and/or glazes.
Some of it is partially or fully hand made

Utilization
​
The dishes are machine-washable and can be used in a microwave and electric oven.
Description
​
We take pains to ensure that the photos of our products, their descriptions and details provided on our website are as accurate as possible, however small differences in colour or texture may sometimes appear.
Each item is hand made, so our products differ slightly.
Please also note that all the dimensions are approximate.

Delivery
​
We send items from our store within 3-5 working days from receiving purchase confirmation.
We will notify you should it not be possible to send them within this time.
We send our products via courier service
The cost of delivery is 15 PLN for Poland and prices for shipping to the rest of the world are listed when ordering.
We try to pack our dishes with as little damage to the environment as possible,
which is why we often fill the parcels with used materials.

Return and Exchange Policy
​
According to the Polish Act of 2 March 2000 regarding the protection of certain consumer rights liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Official Journal of Laws No 22 of 31 March 2000, item 271), the Customer can change their mind within 14 days from the date of collecting the purchase (withdraw from the sales agreement without explaining the reason) and return the goods bought via the Internet.
Should you not be fully satisfied with products purchased at our store, you can send them back at your expense, without explaining why, to be exchanged or fully refunded.

The goods must be unused and sent back within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchase.
The charge will be repaid to the bank account you give us(the value of your order minus the delivery fee) as soon as we obtain the returned product.
We regret to inform you that we cannot exchange or accept the return of used or damaged goods. Please note that we are not responsible for the condition of the product during the return shipment. When you send something back it is always advisable to keep the postage receipt.
